808 Style Review
The 808 Style is a 2 piece unit.
The 808 Style I am reviewing is the RS808D-1 from Vapor Junction
The standard RS808D-1 kit comes with :- 5 CE2 808 Cartomizers (Tobacco Flavor, 16mg)
- 2 RS808D-1 Batteries
- 1 USB Fast Charger
- 1 USB Wall Charger Adapter
- Instruction Manual
The first thing I noticed right away when i opened the box is that the RS808D-1 batteries are long, really long. So I took one of the RS808D-1 batteries out to take a better look at it.
The RS808D-1 battery measures 4 inches long, all I can say is WOW!, they are long. The RS808D-1 batteries are set up a little different then most standard stock batteries. The LED is not at the bottom end of the battery. The LED is close to the end that you would attach the 808 cartomizer to. This is good and this is bad. The good about it is that you can see the LED better to see if it is working. The bad is that it is not sealed. So you have a chance of e-liquid getting into the battery. The RS808D-1 batteries also are 3.7v, were most standard stock batteries are around 3.3v.
You also get 5 pre-filled (tobacco flavored) cartomizers. This makes it nice so you are able to start vaping right out of the box. (Although I do perfer to fill my own.)
I have to say i was surprise on how the RS808D-1 performs. You get great flavor and vapor from it. One thing I did notice is that the Cartomizer doesn't seat all the way down on the battery. It still works great, but wanted to point it out.
Overall I give the 808 style E-Cig a 9 for a standard e-cig. The 808 style e-cig is one of the most popular e-cig on the market, for it is easy to use.
